Homemade Tartar Sauce

2 finely diced pickles (sweet or dill is your own preference)
1 teaspoon pickle juice
4 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tablespoons finely diced onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix well and store in airtight container in refrigerator.
